Just a short note to let you know that the positive response we have had for the manual that you illustrated and formatted has been beyond our expectations. Since the initial mailing in early April announcing that they were available, we have sent out over 2500 copies and have just reprinted another 5000. One corporate customer ordered over 150 for their entire sales/service division nationwide.
Comments range from "awesome" to "this is the best service manual we have ever seen". All agree that the format is easy to read and follow and the net opinion is that we have gone one step beyond the competition in supporting the needs of the technicians in the field. By in large, the industries that we serve have fairly constant turnover and this manual is quickly becoming prerequisite reading for all new Stenner techs.
The experience that I had personally working with you has been a highlight all in its own. Both of you have shown professionalism and a business acumen that is rarely seen by me as of late.
